His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Knight who has hired him part-time. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Knight business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Hunter born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his father's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
