History: Robert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Bernard was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Roofer. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
