History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Raymond will drive conversation. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
