Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in spear use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Geoffrey grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Geoffrey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: Roger lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: 6'1" and muscular, this western man wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to illithids.

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He is an epitome of beauty. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
