History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born in a small island village. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Peter's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Peter was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
