Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Gunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He now owns his own business.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears a green vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Hugh speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Rolf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
