History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Alex was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
