History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. After coming to the age of reason, Justin took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
