History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder mother left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Shane lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anselm embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stylist for the past few years.
