History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: John was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a Slave Trader, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
