History: Gifted from a young age, Odo studied abroad. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Odo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Balimaar reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Beggar for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Everard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
