Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He got into the Butcher business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theobald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theobald. He became a Butcher soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has decided he is irredeemable
