Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. A true patriot, Charles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times.
