History: Kody hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Godfrey embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
