History: He was born into a rich family. He worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. He has taken up work as a Fisher and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location.
