Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His childhood dream was to be a Shipwright, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of drow
