History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Miles studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Miles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.
