Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Godfrey was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Mercenary. He carries with him a set of falchions, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His red hair is braided into rings. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Ralf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This slender man stands about 6'5". He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His white hair is singed and shortened. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 89. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he's repulsed by the pc
