History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Adam lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Simon embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Balimaar was taken on many hunting expeditions. Balimaar was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fisher. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
