History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dyer responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by drow. A gifted student he started as a Engraver, but he got bored and became a Masseuse. He has achieved small success as a Masseuse.
