History: Aldous was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress father left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mercenary. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
