History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Mercenary father left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
