History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. John grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did John. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bernard studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he dresses like a well dressed Barber does. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. He is a great chef.

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the south
