Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. A true patriot, John would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Merchant. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, red shirt, and yellow tie, marred by sweets. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bertram's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his mother before him.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
