Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His first spouse was a Priest, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
