Description: Standing 6'1", this man is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He wears his silver hair up. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born in a small plains village. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears brown trousers with pastel and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair is knotted and matted. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Anselm liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His auburn hair is lengthy. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Banker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Anthony was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
