History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Nicholas was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Server for the past few years.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
