Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Cory was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Courier. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
