Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Anselm was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder mother left him crippled. He has achieved small success as a Gardener.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: A middle-aged man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and is pretty ugly. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His eyes are violet.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bounty Hunter responsibilities is difficult; and to be a slave trader again
