History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hunter was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
