History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, marred by teas. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Justin isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Justin was a troubled youth. History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.
