History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Balimaar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He struck the Carpenter job and began his own company from there.
