History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: With pastel face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the right. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Peter is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
