History: Miles hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shoemaker. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Geoffrey abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Healer born in the past three hundred years. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Blacksmith, but he got bored and became a Healer. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
