History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses in red turtlenecks beneath a green coat with pastel slacks. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Rolf reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Rolf was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
