History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gomory was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Richard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
