Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his nunchaku with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born in a small desert village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Hubert took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This tall, slender man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. His blonde hair is still thick. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Ernest was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His hair is cut close to his head. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Lance hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lance studied abroad. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and a deep hatred of giants
