Gerald Thorpe, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his flail with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born into a rich family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personal [hide]
Description: He stands about 5'3" and wears baggy white pantaloons and a brown scarf. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. He is baby faced.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heward is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
