History: Born in the north to a Bellfounder, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.
