History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He was born in the south. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Glassblower soon after.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
