History: He comes from a rich western family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is a Scribe first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west to a Scribe, Reynard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
