History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants his loneliness to end

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants a kiss

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Aldous's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aldous was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
