Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bather business.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His hair is chestnut and curly. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: John lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving John alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and many giants want him driven away

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a green shirt with thin red vertical stripes and black pants. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to prove his worth to the world

He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
