Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and very much looks the part of a Mortician. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Roland wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mortician. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Adelard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He is typically in his Sage uniform. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His silver hair is knotted and matted. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by unlife.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a Knight soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy
