History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
