History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Miller who has hired him part-time. A true patriot, Bernard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Bernard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Thomas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thomas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Thomas and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
