History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to orcs.

Motivation: He's in love; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Frederick took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
