Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Jocelyn was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
