His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bertram is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When John reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
