Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and revenge
